Choice Housing is seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor to assist the Head of Planned Maintenance in providing a range of in-house Building Surveying Services. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering asset management services, managing projects, and engaging with tenants and stakeholders to promote trust. The role involves contributing to policy development and service improvement.
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver customer-focused asset management services.
* Manage planned maintenance projects from planning to contract administration.
* Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
* Prepare CAD drawings, tender packages, and reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure compliance.
* Administer NEC construction projects and Measured Term Contracts.
