Elevation HR Division is currently working with a growing manufacturing company in Sheffield that is looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their established HR team on a permanent basis.
This is a fully generalist role that plays a pivotal part in supporting the day-to-day running of the HR function within this highly successful business. Responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, recruitment, and general HR administration.

Key duties of the HR Advisor:
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
* Coach managers on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, and absence management
* Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees
* Support wider HR projects, including the implementation of a new HRIS
* Assist line managers with recruitment tasks, including writing job descriptions, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or retail environment and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
