The Team
You will be joining a highly talented audience team and will be responsible for delivering global marketing campaigns aimed at increasing attendance to our live events on the Epic ecosystem. Through close cross-functional collaboration, you will build and adapt the overarching audience strategy across our social channels and BLAST.TV website to increase brand affinity for both BLAST and Epic. You will work with external agencies to plan, conceive and deliver campaign assets including: experiential launch events, trailers, OOH, digital, social and print. We are a focused, close-knit team with strategic processes and ways of working in place to allow you the freedom to be creative whilst ensuring crucial information is shared across teams to deliver collective goals.
Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development and delivery of creative marketing strategies that support the company's goals. You'll help plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across events, sponsorships, partnerships, and team activations.
* Campaign Management: Support the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from concept through to execution. This includes collaborating on content creation, analysing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve results.
* Publisher Relationship: Help maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with Epic, balancing their needs with BLAST's objectives.
* Audience Engagement: Work closely with the social team to understand FNCS and RLCS audiences and help shape content that resonates with gamers, influencers, and esports fans across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and social media.
* Content Development: Partner with the content team to explore new ways of engaging fans and growing our communities.
* Brand Development: Support the visibility and positioning of FNCS and RLCS by contributing to campaigns that reflect brand values and stand out in the esports and entertainment space.
* Partnerships & Sponsorships: Collaborate with the commercial team on integrated campaigns and activations that drive engagement and deliver value for partners.
* Data & Analytics: Work with ticketing partners and agencies to monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and support data-informed decision-making.
* Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and impact is measured.
* Line Management: Provide day-to-day support and guidance to junior team members or interns, helping them stay on track and grow.
* Deputisation: Step in to support the Head of Marketing and Social when needed, contributing to broader marketing planning and delivery across ecosystems.
Requirements
* A solid understanding of Fortnite and Rocket League, ideally with hands-on experience in either title
* Experience supporting or leading marketing campaigns in esports, gaming, or entertainment
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills, you're comfortable managing timelines and working with budgets
* Confidence working with clients or partners, especially in fast-paced or creative environments
* A passion for brand and marketing strategy, with a desire to grow your expertise
* Familiarity with working alongside creators or influencers as part of campaign delivery
