Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join there dynamic team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Location: Edinburgh - Hybrid working Duration: 6 months (potential extension) Start Date: ASAP Requirement: Successful candidates will need to complete a Basic Disclosure Scotland check. Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase orders on the financial system Posting authorised invoice batches into the system Managing the finance team mailbox, ensuring timely responses Supporting contract managers with financial administration tasks Creating supplier accounts Completing month-end reconciliations, including journal checks & spend reviews (GPC & EEMS) Assisting the Finance Support Manager with ad hoc tasks What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a financial administrative role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent time management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
