We are working with an elite national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Projects team within their London office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a top-tier team, providing regulatory and commercial legal advice on large-scale projects. The candidate will advise on some of the largest and innovative projects nationwide, covering matters such as acquisitions, PPPs, infrastructure development and operation, and leasing and finance.
The candidate will advise the firm’s highly regarded client base across a range of sectors including renewable energy, public procurement, defence, and sustainable transport/infrastructure. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
* 3-6 PQE;
* Strong background in projects, energy, infrastructure, and/or public procurement. Experience in two or more highly desirable;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
