Position: Part Time - hours negotiable 12 months maternity cover Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Key Duties Answer incoming calls and E-mails in a polite and confident manner, engaging with the customer and understanding their requirements fully Processing of orders accurately on the company software system (Sage 200) Liaising with the external sales team in relation to customer orders or queries Use internal systems to advise customers of any out of stock items and anticipated delivery times Dealing with any customer queries including technical support. Liaising with couriers should the need arise to resolve customer service issues regarding deliveries Process daily invoicing and update internal trackers Email copy invoices/statements /credits and any other documentation as and when required Skills Required: Confident and articulate telephone manner Excellent customer service skills Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, Outlook) Competent using PCs and Windows (Sage 200 would be an advantage) Accurate data entry Excellent communication skills both written and oral The ability to work well as part of a team Ability to work independently and of own initiative Excellent multitasking skills to handle all of the above throughout the day Excellent spelling and grammar with a meticulous attention to detail The Organisation: We are a leading original design manufacturer of Audio Video accessories for the professional AV and systems integrations marketplace with an extensive range of solutions.
