This is a great opportunity to join the Corporate Planning and Performance team, helping to shape how SYMCA understands, tracks, and improves its performance. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

About the role
As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will lead the development and maintenance of corporate performance dashboards and reporting, ensuring high-quality information is available to senior leaders and governance boards.
You will design, build, and improve reporting tools and analytical processes, supporting the organisation’s outcomes framework and strengthening how performance is measured and understood. This includes coordinating data collection across teams, developing data quality controls, and ensuring reports are accurate and delivered on time.
You will analyse complex data to generate meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance reporting through new tools and approaches. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to support effective use of performance data and build analytical capability.
About you
You are an experienced analyst with strong technical and data skills, confident working with complex datasets to produce clear and impactful insights. You are comfortable designing and developing dashboards and reporting tools that support decision-making at a senior level.
You have excellent attention to detail and are committed to ensuring data accuracy and quality. You are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
You are a strong communicator, able to present technical information in a clear and accessible way to a range of audiences. You enjoy working collaboratively, supporting others to understand and use data, and are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve performance reporting and analysis.
