Your New Role
As a Junior Design Engineer, you will support the design and development of products and systems from concept through to production. Working closely with senior engineers, you will assist in creating detailed engineering drawings, updating existing designs, and contributing to design reviews. You will be involved in re-engineeringponents to improve manufacturability and performance, while also learning to apply continuous improvement techniques. This is a hands-on role that will give you exposure to real-world engineering challenges and the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You Will Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in engineering or a related discipline, along with a strong interest in design and manufacturing. While previous industrial experience is beneficial, it is not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to work well as part of a team. You should befortable using 2D and 3D CAD software, ideally Autodesk products, and possess good problem-solving andmunication skills. A practical, hands-on approach and a keen awareness of customer needs will also help you thrive in this position.
