Job Title: Pre School Lead Teacher Location: Romsey Salary: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour (40 hours) Start Date: Immediately Responsibilities: Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standards as a Pre School Lead Teacher. Foster a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. Provide effective supervision and guidance to assistant teachers and aides. Build strong relationships with parents through open communication and progress updates. Assess children's development, tailor support to meet individual needs, and celebrate their progress. Requirements: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field and possess a valid state teaching certification or license. Lead with at least 3 years of experience in a preschool setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships. Be passionate about child development and possess a repertoire of innovative teaching methods as a Pre School Lead Teacher. Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment and ensure adherence to childcare regulations.
