Enable Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Surfacing Supervisor to join a growing civil engineering and highways contractor delivering surfacing, highways and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Responsibilities
* Supervising surfacing gangs and daily site activities
* Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with RAMS
* Coordinating labour, plant and materials
* Maintaining quality standards and programme delivery
* Liaising with Site Agents and Contracts Managers
* Promoting a positive health & safety culture
Requirements
* Previous experience supervising surfacing or highways gangs
* Strong understanding of road surfacing and asphalt operations
* SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
* CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
