Your new role
1. Oversee daily finance operations.
2. Prepare quarterly accounts and cash flow analyses.
3. Develop and manage budgets.
4. Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors.
5. Manage payroll and fee reconciliation.
6. Handle treasury management and VAT returns.
7. Monitor budgets and manage staff performance.
8. Oversee visa processes andmunicate.
9. Attend Board meetings and handle ad-hoc tasks.
10. Advise on employment legislation and HR policies.
11. Draft and maintain job profiles and contracts.
12. Manage sickness, absence, and holiday records.
13. Assist with occupational health referrals.
What you'll need to succeed
14. Fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent).
15. 4+ years post-qualification experience in accountancy.
16. Advanced IT skills (accounting packages, Excel, online banking).
17. Payroll administration experience.
18. Experience in system evaluation and improvement.
19. Knowledge of employment legislation and staff management.
20. Financial management experience.
21. Awareness of GDPR.
