The Role
As an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect you will design, lead and govern end‑to‑end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning. You will ensure alignment with business requirements, best practices and Oracle Cloud standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Define the overall solution architecture for Oracle Fusion SCM Modules and integrate with other Oracle Cloud modules and external systems.
* Lead the design of business processes across Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning.
* Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability and security requirements.
* Validate Oracle‑recommended best practices and manage fit‑gap analysis.
* Provide functional leadership during Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.
* Align architecture with Oracle Integration Cloud, middleware and reporting frameworks such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
* Define solution governance processes and standards.
* Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, supply‑chain leadership and IT executives.
* Present solution options, trade‑offs and recommendations.
Your Profile
* Extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, focusing on Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems.
* Hands‑on experience delivering large transformation projects, particularly in the Public Service Domain in the UK & Ireland.
* In‑depth knowledge of Oracle SaaS/PaaS Cloud applications for Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Planning Central).
* Strong experience designing and implementing end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions.
* Ability to manage stakeholders and lead design workshops.
* Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with proficiency in architecting complex solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
