Remote/Hybrid

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Executive to help us grow our Rail Technology and Services business across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape solutions that truly meet customer needs and contribute to our global success story.

You’ll play a key role in our international growth strategy—building meaningful connections, uncovering opportunities, and working closely with colleagues to create tailored solutions that make a difference. What you will be doing

* Discovering Opportunities

Identify and engage new customers across key markets, aligning our Rail Tech solutions with their goals.

* Creating Impactful Solutions

Develop strategies that resonate with customer needs and deliver insight-led proposals that stand out.

* Owning the Journey

Manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation to successful handover—while keeping everything organised in HubSpot CRM.

* Building Relationships

Connect with decision-makers and influencers, understanding their challenges and creating trust-based partnerships.

* Collaborating Across Teams

Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, legal, and delivery teams to ensure every solution is sharp, relevant, and customer-focused.

* Staying Curious

Keep up with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, helping us stay ahead and add real value to our customers.


What you'll bring:

* A proven track record of winning new international business.
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confidence using CRM tools like HubSpot.
* A curious, collaborative mindset and a passion for creating solutions that work.


Desirable:

* Rail sector experience.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDICC.
* Ability to build compelling business cases.
