Ealing Council’s social media channels are among the best performing in UK local government. We work hard to make everyday topics connect with our audiences, from potholes to fly‑tipping, with creative content that goes viral and engages residents.
Role Responsibilities
* Produce engaging, informative and entertaining social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond.
* Create stories for diverse topics – bins, bikes, beavers, etc. – and present them in ways that resonate on each platform.
* Engage residents and strengthen our relationship with followers.
* Collaborate with the wider communications team to support the council’s 2026‑2030 plan.
