Responsibilities:
* Set up and programme CNC Turning machines for precision tasks
* Monitor operations, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Conduct inspections to meet tolerances and standards
* Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance
* Document production data and machine settings
* Adhere to safety protocols and troubleshoot machine issues
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
* Strong blueprint reading skills
* Experience with CAD/CAM software
* Commitment to safety and quality
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Familiarity with GD&T principles
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
