Business Development Executive

Position details:
* Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Salary: £27,000 to £36,000 per annum + On Target Earnings + Company car
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week
* Territory: Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Lichfield, Banbury, and surrounds
This role is more than traditional business development—it’s a blank canvas. We seek someone to bring fresh thinking, initiative, hunger to make an impact, and a commercial mindset to build from the ground up in the OOH channel, working with a top confectionery brand.
As a field-based Business Development Executive, you’ll be out in the market daily, identifying opportunities and bringing new OOH sites into our network—from leisure venues and contract caterers to workplace canteens and independent operators. Instead of a predefined list, you’ll hunt, open doors, and forge meaningful relationships for long-term value.
You’ll own your territory, craft local activation plans, and use data and insights to influence decision-makers. Your efforts will directly impact growth by securing product listings, launching new lines, and increasing visibility in the confectionery market.
This is a role that rewards action. You need to be self-motivated, autonomous, and confident navigating a fast-paced, varied market. Presence where opportunities arise—whether at regional offices, venues, or trade events—is key.

What we offer:
* £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car

What we are looking for:
* A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude; resilient and tenacious in OOH sales
* Experience in sales and new business acquisition
* Previous experience with customers in OOH/Foodservice channels preferred
* A full, manual UK or international driving license held for at least 1 year
