Our clients expect us to write emails that make them money. Up to now, I (Alex, the founder ) have been doing the project management, but I’m no expert in this and I’m causing a bottleneck! I need a real expert to come in and get systems and processes in place to make sure: - Client emails go out when they need to - We’re sending work to clients with enough time for them to review - Clients review work on time - We’re briefing clients on things we need from them in good time - Our VA designs and schedules emails on time - We’re reporting results to clients efficiently - Everyone is working on the right jobs each day (based on how urgent things are) So we’re on the lookout for a project manager with marketing agency experience to help us implement and manage our systems and processes, to make sure we’re always ahead with client work and everyone has what they need. You’ll have a borderline blank slate with this – I’m looking for someone to come in, implement a system, then take charge of this. We’ve been using a PM system (Moxie) that isn’t working, so I’m open to you suggesting a different system for us to use. I’m basically looking for someone who’s excited about growing with us. We have 15 clients right now, with the aim to scale to 30 by the end of the year. So you’re going to be crucial to making that happen! About You: To thrive in this role: You already have 2 years of experience as a project manager within a marketing/advertising agency. You’ll love the idea of helping us ‘start from scratch’ with our processes and systems, and will be excited by the idea of helping shape this side of the business. You want to mainly work Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm (flexible hours are available). You’ll be happy working from home, but will enjoy the odd 2-3 day in-person training up in Newcastle (expenses paid, obv). You’ve got a good sense of humour and no BS approach You’ve got an eye for detail. Better than mine, hopefully You have creative ideas and love sharing them. You'll be super organised.
