ASSET Education Address: Cliff Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 0PJ Salary: £27,254 - £29,540 per annum pro rata Hours: 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Contract: Permanent, required from October 2025 Reference: 7808 ASSET Education are looking to fill the crucial role of HR and Payroll Administrator, who is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of HR and payroll data for all employees across our trust, and with this role we will be introducing a focus on efficient sickness absence management. You will be an integral part of a supportive team, ensuring our employees are paid correctly and on time, and that all HR records are meticulously maintained in compliance with relevant legislation and trust policies. You will: have practical experience of using a computerised HR and payroll systems have excellent attention to detail and accuracy be able to learn quickly and share knowledge have a flexible and reliable approach be an excellent communicator have a pragmatic approach to problem solving. You will be reporting directly to the HR Officer and will be based primarily in the central office at Cliff Lane in Ipswich but may involve travel across the county.
