But we are more than just great coffee. We’re a certified B Corp, a creative force, and a values-led business that believes in doing things correctly from sustainability and sourcing to design, people, and partnerships. Our community is built on substance, not slogans, and we collaborate with those who share our commitment to quality, purpose, and the long game.

  • A practical problem-solver who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly.

  • A clear communicator and collaborative team player who values accuracy, service and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Xero and general SaaS administration.

  • Confidence with troubleshooting, user support, routine IT maintenance and access management.

  • Good Excel and data handling skills, with an understanding of related regulations, cloud systems and APIs.

What does success look like

  • Data quality, processes, reporting and documentation are improved over time, supporting better visibility and more informed business decisions.

  • Core systems, user access and data are well maintained, secure and accurate, with issues resolved promptly and effectively.

  • Colleagues receive clear, helpful support that improves decision-making, reduces friction and keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly.
