As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Controller to join the team on a permanent basis. You’ll be a key part of a collaborative finance function, supporting the Accountant and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.
THE ROLE
In this pivotal role, you will take full responsibility for the end-to-end processing of purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness within the accounting system. You’ll reconcile supplier statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies efficiently, and maintain up-to-date transaction records. The role also includes supporting the month-end close process and providing vital input to financial reporting and audit preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience working in a busy accounts payable or finance environment, handling high volumes of invoices. Familiarity with Keyloop Drive would be a strong advantage. You'll bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive and reliable team player, you’ll also be confident when liaising with suppliers and internal departments, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
