Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations, this is a high‑impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape how we grow over the next three years. You will drive profitable growth by leading the strategic development and delivery of range, space, and format plans, ensuring we offer the right products, in the right space, and in the right formats to meet customer needs and deliver against our Long‑Term Plan.
You will own the end‑to‑end governance of range and space change activity, leading a cross‑functional decision forum that brings together Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align behind one clear, integrated plan. This role gives you real visibility and influence, translating strategy into practical, executable programmes that deliver measurable results for our customers and our business.
Using a blend of commercial insight, data‑led decision making, and collaborative leadership, you will optimise assortment performance, unlock space productivity, and enable successful execution across multiple channels and formats. You will play a key role in shaping future range and format strategies, driving continuous improvement, and building scalable ways of working that support long‑term growth.
