Program Manager (Software Delivery) - PAYMENTS - 12 month contract - Hampshire/Hybrid

My client are looking for a program manager to manage multiple projects. The role is based in Hampshire and requires you to be on site 2 days a week the rest is remote.
The spec is below but the manager ideally requires the following experience which is the criteria for best selection.
Candidates must have experience with Payments.
Program Manager
Agile experience certification such as SaFe preferred
Good experience of delivery management in software development
Technical delivery manager
Financial Services with a preference for payments (Cards)
Action oriented, proactive
Experience of working in Gray Spaces
Nice to have PMP/ITIL/SAFE
If came from a software development background would be great.
Successfully defines and delivers customer business value or emerging technology work according to the product life cycle
Lead the coordination of delivery from planning through to execution across multiple product areas
Create roadmaps and schedules, and communicates on a regular cadence with key stakeholders
Identify resource needs and budgets among several initiatives in your Product Area
Manage dependencies and risk for the Product area
Manage the communications across the teams and to ensure that information is flowing up and down at the appropriate time
Monitor for impediments that arise
Plan and oversee product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long term objectives.
Orchestrate workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model.
Partner with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.
Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
* Organizes and enables collaboration and partnership across cross-functional teams, with internal and external partners, executes on architecture & product driven initiatives.
* Drives or assists in communications on strategic initiatives to help drive consensus, achieve clarity and solve business problems. Provide oversight & process guidance for activities.
* Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.
* Partner with product leads and platform leads to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategy
* Provides leadership and guidance's to teams/business units where there is no clear organizational ownership yet defined or where products/technology is not yet institutionalized or adopted.
* Drives or assists research and/or brainstorming sessions; helps promote a culture of innovation within the department. Translates ideas and concepts into an executable projects.
Role is INSIDE IR35
Working 2 days on site.
