Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker with our young clients in Eastbourne.
When you'll be working:
* Bank cover to cover regular team members shifts initially but hours may increase to permanent regular shifts in future
* Shifts we cover with client in Eastbourne: Mon-Fri evenings (4pm-8pm), Saturday and Sunday days (Sats 8am-3pm / Sun 9am-4pm)
* Shifts we cover with client in Hailsham: Mon-Fri mornings (6.30am-8am), Monday and Fridays after school (3.30pm-6.30pm), Saturdays (9.30am-6pm)
What you'll be doing:
This role is to work across our two children's packages of care in Eastbourne and Hailsham.
Our clients have complex health needs and live at home with their familiies.
We are looking for somebody else to join the team, on a bank basis, covering shifts for our regular team members when they are off.
Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
