Our client is looking for a Principal AI Consultant to lead a strategic AI enablement programme across our 15-person engineering team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone with a proven track record of embedding AI-first approaches in real-world product and engineering environments.
What You’ll Do:
* Coach, mentor, and upskill engineering teams on practical AI tools and workflows
* Drive feasibility and delivery of AI-led product features (30%)
* Be the internal champion for AI – trusted advisor, educator, enabler
* Collaborate directly with engineering leadership and SLT
What we need from you:
* Proven experience guiding businesses through AI adoption
* Strong software development background (Ideally in Microsoft technologies)
* Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Azure/M365, and LLMs
* Exceptional communication and coaching skills
* A consultative, pragmatic, and inspiring presence
