A vital and rewarding role
We are looking for an optometrist in Kent who wants to help us achieve our mission of changing people's lives through clinically excellent eye care. This is an important role with a waiting list of patients eager to access our at-home service. We are a flexible employer—choose the number of days you work to fit around family and other commitments, and note that we do not work weekends.
Equipment
All Optometrists are provided with a full equipment kit, along with comprehensive training to ensure confidence before working independently. Equipment includes a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, and a digital records system (no paperwork).
You Will
* Help around 6-7 patients every day, visiting them in their own homes. Appointments are 1 hour long to allow time for strong patient relationships and gold-standard care.
* Make autonomous decisions and be supported for input from our senior optometrist team at head office when needed.
* Use the latest equipment and digital records system, with minimal or no paperwork.
* Be supported with CPD; time is invested to complete exams if required.
