Due to our ever growing family, we are recruiting for an experienced Room Leader to lead and manage within our setting.
The successful candidate will be:
* Confident in leading and managing a team
* You will be responsible for the day to day running of the unit, this will include monitoring planning, safeguarding of children, leading the routine.
* Have an in depth knowledge of safeguarding of children and Early Years Practice.
* Supporting your team members in the delivery of high quality care and learning.
* Be responsible for overseeing the settling in process of new families.
* Assist in reporting concerns of welfare of staff and children to the settings Management Team.
* To attend training as and when required.
* To assist your team in progression of learning and identifying areas of development.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and care.
* Be a confident communicator at all levels.
* Be confident in IT equipment as you will be required to use our various systems.

Pay: £31,531.50 per year
