About the Role
Superior Healthcare is seeking experienced Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our team supporting children and adults with complex health needs in East Sussex. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients live fulfilled lives while their clinical needs are expertly managed.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
* Manage complex clinical tasks including:
o Tracheostomy care
o Ventilation management
o PEG/J enteral feeding
o Bowel management
o Bipap support
o Medication administration
o Oral suctioning
* Work collaboratively with family members and the wider care team.
About You
* Previous experience in complex care is essential.
* Must hold a clean driving licence.
* Enhanced Child & Adult DBS, three years of references, unrestricted Visa.
