Job Responsibilities
1. Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
2. Provide callout response for clients as detailed on the callout rota.
3. Manage contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring contractors and their workmanship to ensure relevant standards are met.
4. Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to agreed company standards.
5. Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
6. Work in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
Candidate Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Valid driving licence.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications, including Grade Cards such as CSCS.
* NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical Services.
* Previous experience in Facilities Management.
* Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
