Service Desk Analyst
We urgently require a Service Desk Analyst for our prestigious client on an initial 6 months contract
Responsibilities -
* Initial triage of tickets, logging tickets in Remedy with all relevant detailed informatio, identifying issues and applying fix if known
* Escalating tickets to relevant team if unable to resolve
* Password resets for various systems including Active Directory.
* Updating drivers on laptops, investigating faults within applications
* Supporting Audio Visual equipment based on Microsoft Teams
* Supporting desk setups, desk side support visits to end users
This role is INSIDE IR35 and requires being on client site in Hampshire 5 days per week.
