We’re looking for an Event Co-Ordinator to join the team at Supercar Driver—the UK’s leading supercar owners’ community.
Supercar Driver is the UK’s leading supercar owners’ community, dedicated to uniting enthusiasts who share a passion for high-performance automobiles. We host over 150 thrilling events, from exclusive breakfast meets to adrenaline-fuelled outings, all designed to bring our members together in celebration of their love of supercars.
We are seeking a dynamic Event Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to enhance their event management skills while immersing themselves in the thrilling world of supercars and high-octane experiences. You will play a crucial role in supporting our event team by managing administrative tasks and logistical planning for the multiple breakfast meets that take place each week and support the wider team with special events that are held in collaboration with our key partners.

Role & Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of various events, including weekly breakfast meets and other member gatherings. There are often 6-8 of these per week; the role requires multitasking and prioritisation.
* Manage logistics and operational details, ensuring all aspects of events run smoothly and communication between venues is clear.
* Collaborate with key partners to coordinate event requirements and deliver exceptional experiences for attendees.
* Handle administrative tasks related to event management, such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Maintain communication with members, partners, and vendors to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.
* Contribute to the creative development of event concepts and themes that resonate with supercar enthusiasts.
* Support the event and operations team to promote events and increase member engagement.
About YOU
* Previous experience in event management or coordination is required.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse audiences.
* A genuine passion for automotive culture and an understanding of the supercar community.
* Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
