We are looking for Team Leader to join us and help manage the teams and lead by example in this department Salary: 13.90 per hour Hours: Full Time 36 Hours HOURS: We are open 7 days a week so being able to work flexibly is vital. Shifts are 6am - 2.30pm, or 1.30pm-10pm on a rota basis. RESPONSIBILITIES Be flexible and proactive in assisting your team member colleagues. Be able to work well within a team and be able to work alone. SKILLS YOU WILL BRING Team Leadership & Supervision: Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team to meet daily laundry targets and maintain high standards. Organisational Skills: Strong planning and coordination skills to manage workflow, prioritise tasks, and ensure efficient turnaround times. Attention to Detail: Ensure garments and linens are cleaned, pressed, and finished to quality standards, identifying any damage or inconsistencies. Knowledge of Laundry Equipment & Processes: Confident in operating and troubleshooting industrial washers, dryers, and ironing systems while following health and safety protocols.
