Senior Principal Consultant - Ophthalmology and Audiology
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Flexible DOE) + Monthly Bonus and Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time - Tuesday to Saturday: 09:00 - 17:30
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a luxury Opticians, a stylish, award-winning independent optical practice located in Nottingham’s thriving professional quarter. Established in 2008, this practice is known for its patient-led approach, cutting-edge technology, and hand-selected, fashion-forward eyewear.
We are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join their dynamic front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about optics, fashion, and exceptional service. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced Optical Assistant looking to complete your DO course, this forward-thinking practice will support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised styling and dispensing consultations
* Work with a wide range of lens manufacturers to meet diverse patient needs, including vision therapy, tints, and sportswear
* Participate in social media and patient engagement activities
* Support and contribute to the continuous development of the practice
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Dispensing Optician (newly qualified or experienced)
* Opportunity for an Experienced Optical Assistant to undertake Dispensing Optician course
* A keen interest in eyewear trends and fashion styling
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, enthusiastic team player
