Job Description
Role: Sales Coordinator
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 + Commission
Location: Cardiff
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Sales Coordinator with business development experience, to join our Commercial team in Cardiff. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will support the Area Hire Manager in achieving KPIs and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Relationship building is key. You will be highly organized, driven, confident, and reliable, with experience in business development, customer service, and sales (office-based). You will work in a supportive environment with positive colleagues.
Essential Experience
* Carrying out cold calling, targeted campaigns, and contacting prospective customers to develop relationships and create sales opportunities.
* Strong experience in building customer relationships over the phone and in B2B campaign calling.
* Proven customer service experience and relationship building skills.
* Ability to meet demanding goals with enthusiasm.
* Strong IT skills for using internal systems like SAP and CRM.
* A Full UK Driving Licence (or cycle to work), due to office location.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Conduct structured campaigns including cold calling to achieve targets.
* Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries, generate orders, and follow up on quotations.
* Sales Support: Prepare quotations and promote services to maximize value.
* Customer Care: Implement care programs to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
* System Management: Use internal systems to keep customer data current.
