We’re looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly mainstream primary school in Birmingham on a long-term, full-time basis.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2
2. Helping pupils access lessons, build confidence, and enjoy learning
3. Working closely with teachers and the SEN team to adapt support for individual needs
4. Creating a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
What we’re looking for:
5. NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
6. Experience supporting pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, or similar)
7. A patient, proactive attitude and great communication skills
8. A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
