The Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a strong team, coaching and inspiring them to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and driving turnover and revenue. You will assist the Manager in achieving financial KPIs such as wages, wastage, and shrinkage, as well as non-financial KPIs like customer feedback, internal audits, standards, and compliance.

What will you do?
* Handle customer complaints professionally, promoting customer loyalty
