Purpose of the Role:
To provide the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene to the Company standards, within the contract specification and to the agreed performance levels.
Cleaner required for the following:-
Monday 18:00 - 21:30
Tuesday 18:00 - 21:30
Friday 18:00 - 21:30
Saturday 13:00 - 22:00
Sunday 10:00 - 17:00
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the cleaning service within the contract specification.
2. Have full working knowledge of the areas in the building.
3. Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations, wearing company uniform as specified
4. Control and issue cleaning material ensuring stock rotation and safety in storage.
5. Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced.Report any faults to business manager.
6. Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place. Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
7. Communicate well and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service to customers and clients in all areas of service, which Incentive FM Group Ltd provide.
8. Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if at all possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Cleaning Manager.
9. Cover roles during periods of holidays and sickness.
10. Comply with all OCS Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations
11. Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management.
12. To attend any meetings or training courses.
