Position: Optometrist
Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £64,000
Commission: Paid Monthly
Company Car - For Business And Personal Use
Days: 4 or 5 days a week (No weekends)

Responsibilities
* Help around 6-7 patients every day, visiting them in their own homes. Appointments are longer than the high street standard (1 hr) to allow time for strong patient relationships and gold-standard care.
* Make autonomous clinical decisions and be supported by a senior optometrist team at head office for second opinions when needed.
* Use the latest equipment, including a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, and our digital records system (no paperwork).
* Receive CPD support with time allocated to complete exams if required.
