Telemarketing Administrator
If you are a proactive, organized, and confident communicator who would enjoy being a key support within Sales and Marketing, this would be a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
* Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services
* Booking appointments for the external sales team
* Updating and maintaining CRM databases with accurate information
* Making use of mail-merge and other digital media to present the company to stakeholders
* Liaise with internal and external sales & marketing colleagues as required to help develop opportunities results
* Following up on quotes by contacting customers by phone or email
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and client communication
* Handling inbound enquiries and directing them appropriately
Skills and experience:
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent computer skills with an ability to pick up new CRM systems
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* A willingness to learn about the product range
* A positive attitude and excellent team player.
Based in Ledbury, this is a fully office- based role.
Salary - £23,809.00 + 10%
