About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join an international aerospace supplier in Stevenage.
As a critical link between the projects team and the program manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project scheduling and effective planning.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals and deadlines.
* Work closely with project teams to identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions.
* Train and mentor team members on project scheduling best practices and tools.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for schedule-related updates and adjustments.
* Collaborate with the Program Manager to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Planner, or Project Manager (Non-IT projects) in manufacturing or production environments (preferably Aerospace, Automotive, or Rail).
2. Expertise in Primavera, PPM2 (e.g., Planisware), and Microsoft Project.
3. Previous experience as a team leader, coach or manager.
