Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a Leeds City Centre based professional services company as a Facilities and Office Coordinator, the role is extremely varied, no two days will be the same and involves all Office Coordination, including Facilities and Administration. \n \nPlease apply if you have Administration experience and are looking for a busy role with progression.\n \nSalary: £28,500\nLocation: LS1 - 1 day WFH \n \nThe role will be varied but duties will include:\n\nOn site facilities management, undertaking regular inspection of facilities and highlighting areas of concern.\nCovering reception, assisting with documents, and printing where necessary.\nWorking with the Office Manager to support the administration and induction of new starters and produce relevant and timely employee correspondence.\nAssisting with on site health and safety, including maintaining all necessary registers, as well as coordinating and booking of H&S training.\nAssisting in the preparation of events and conferences.\nAdministration and coordination of office services including provision of all information technology, office equipment, communications systems, and user access levels.\nOrganising and coordinating meetings.\nProviding support at meetings including accurate minute taking.\nAdministration support across a variety of areas. \nAbout you:\n\nA dynamic Administrator with a good foundation of skills.\nOrganised, with good attention to detail.\nAble to work independently with minimal direct supervision.\nAble to plan and coordinate own workload.\nA confident communicator.\nExcellent numerical and analytical skills.
