Allianz Business Analyst Opportunity
Allianz has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team on a hybrid basis from our Ditton Park office. You will be part of the Allianz Specialty Team, focusing on Pet Insurance.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in organizational change, utilizing specialized business analysis, change management skills, and disciplined approaches. This involves multiple deliveries and areas of expertise.
You will collaborate across various functional domains with stakeholders at all levels.

About You:
* Engage with stakeholders up to executive and board level to define business visions and develop strategies through analyses, feasibility studies, and business cases.
* Apply and develop analysis methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
* Support development, testing, user acceptance, and implementation of solutions by working closely with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Learn from previous experiences, participate in post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.
* Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the role.
* Have expertise in business analysis approaches within Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
* Apply recognized modeling techniques, including data modeling and BPMN.
* Possess knowledge of change lifecycle concepts for planning, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance.
* Understand key drivers for change.
* Have experience or knowledge of the insurance industry, including products, services, and business models.
* Be well-organized with strong task planning and time management skills.
* Experience with various project methods and their impact on analysis work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with familiarity with change management and software development tools.
* Ability to plan and facilitate large, complex workshops.
* Capable of initiating medium to large change initiatives.
* Skilled in business analysis within multi-faceted change environments involving technology, people, processes, and organization.
* Quick to understand different business domains and stakeholder needs.
* Appreciate the broader IT systems landscape, including architecture, hardware, and software.
* Experience working on high-complexity change initiatives.
