What your days will look like:
1. Drive significant revenue growth within the Defence sector, primarily focusing on targeted accounts while expanding sector-wide priorities.
2. Oversee engagement delivery with a deep focus on maximising commercial returns.
3. Develop thought leadership and market positioning strategies, addressing productivity and value-for-money challenges in the sector.
4. Manage risk and quality at scale, ensuring adherence to high standards and client satisfaction.
5. Drive innovation by bridging gaps between physical and digital assets to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Lead a team of professionals, fostering development and enhancing team performance within the Defence sector.
This role is for you if:
7. Demonstrate deep sector expertise and an understanding of the Defence industry's dynamics, including government contracts, supply chain complexities, and emerging technologies.
8. Demonstrate an ability to sell, oversee and manage large-scale capital projects within budget, and according to strategic objectives.
9. Be proficient in integrating digital and technology solutions within capital project delivery to drive transformation and efficiency.
10. Expertise in managing risk and ensuring high-quality service delivery at scale.
11. Have experience in leading and developing teams, with a focus on maximising productivity and fostering innovation within the sector.
