Head of Financial Planning and Analysis Salary: £60,000-£65,000 excellent benefits We’re looking for a s trategic and a nalytical finance leader to join LDN Apprenticeships as our Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This is a key role in shaping our financial future, supporting growth, and ensuring high levels of financial rigour in a mission-driven, high-performing organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that LDN integrates financial performance with operational data to drive sustainable growth and improved financial performance. The role will be predominantly remote with at least one day a month at our South London office. Responsibilities include: Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning across the organisation Integrate financial and operational data to support business performance analysis and strategic decision-making Deliver timely and accurate reports to the SLT and Board, including monthly management accounts and key performance indicators Build and maintain financial models to support capital event planning, valuation analysis, and strategic scenarios Produce and present monthly forecast P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flows Own the master budget process and ensure all cost centres are accurately planned and monitored Analyse programme-level profitability and unit economics to support pricing and growth decisions Support the commercial team with pipeline conversion analysis, opportunity tracking, and revenue forecasting Partner with the Product and Delivery teams to understand operational drivers of financial performance Coordinate with external accountants, corporate finance and tax advisers on financial queries, due diligence, or audit processes Continually improve systems, tools, and dashboards that drive insight and accountability across the business. For this role you must be a qualified finance professional with a strong background in FP&A, financial modelling, corporate finance and strategic analysis. You will thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy partnering across teams to drive performance and insight. You must also have: ACA, ACCA or CIMA quali fication (or equivalent experience) Experience in FP&A, financial modelling, corporate finance Strong Excel and modelling skills Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholder Experience working with operational and financial data sets Experience supporting fundraising, due diligence, or investment processes Experience in education, skills, or public funding environments (Desirable) Knowledge of Power BI, Looker, or similar reporting tools (Desirable) Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours.
