Sponsorship Sales Manager – Energy
Up to £60k (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (Yr 1 c£40k OTE)
Hybrid – Central London (Monday & Friday WFH)
We’re working with a fantastic global exhibitions business that’s looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Energy portfolio. This is a high-growth area targeting international markets, and the role offers the chance to sell premium sponsorship packages for industry-leading events across the globe.

The Role:
You’ll take ownership of selling tailored sponsorship solutions to senior stakeholders across the energy sector. Working across a portfolio of international events, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and growing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell high-value, consultative sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers globally
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their commercial goals and aligning solutions accordingly
* Manage and grow existing accounts, maximising client ROI and renewals
* Attend international events and exhibitions, networking and securing deals on-site
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and content to align on campaign strategies and event delivery
About You:
* 3–5 years’ experience in sponsorship sales, ideally within B2B events or exhibitions
* Proven track record of closing high-value, consultative deals
* Experience selling into international markets and dealing with senior-level stakeholders
* Confident, polished communicator with strong presentation skills
* Comfortable working towards ambitious revenue targets
* Commercially astute, strategic thinker, and highly self-motivated
