Overview
A leading North West property investment and asset management business is seeking a Property Analyst to join its growing team based in Haydock. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse UK property portfolio, supporting strategic investment decisions, acquisitions, and ongoing asset management activities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing financial performance, assessing new opportunities, and contributing to the continued growth of the company’s property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain financial models for property investments, acquisitions, and disposals.
* Analyse portfolio performance and prepare regular reports on income, occupancy, and capital values.
* Conduct detailed market research to identify new investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
* Assist with asset management initiatives including lease reviews, cash flow forecasting, and project appraisals.
* Prepare investment papers and presentations for internal review and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and development.
About You
* Degree educated in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
* Ideally experienced within a property, real estate, or investment environment.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
