Due to a retirement we seek an experienced conveyancing solicitor familiar with all aspects of traditional residential conveyancing with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential property matters

* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Registered and unregistered property
* Shared ownership
* Buy to let property sales and purchases
* Right to buy scheme
* Gifts of property
* Transfers of property
We also have an eye ultimately on succession in the Practice.
The role is office based, working alongsidean experienced paralegal with her own caseload.
The role is working at our head office, you will be part of our succession planning and aspire to become an equity partner and participate in the further development of the team.
