We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Implementation Coordinator to join our client based in Burton on Trent. Our client is a well-established software developer currently looking to grow their already successful team. Your duties will include:
Manage new installs & upgrades from receipt of purchase order through to go-live;
Handling & inputting of data;
Interdepartmental liaison;
Testing of new releases;
Creation of new training material;
Answering the phone;
Ad hoc administration and tasks as required
Our client will provide full product training and offer a friendly working environment.
