Role: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Dartford, Kent & Hybrid
Job Purpose:
To manage all aspects of the supply chain of the product from third party suppliers till the batch is released.
Key Responsibilities:
The Responsible Person will have the authority to take decisions with regard to their responsibilities and duties detailed below.
The responsible person has the authority, resources and responsibility needed to fulfil their duties.
The responsible person must fulfil their responsibilities personally and will have a permanent contract.
Duties may be delegated, but the responsibilities cannot be delegated
* To discuss with Stock controller and sales team for the stock availability and forecast.; and get their confirmation for placing the orders with CMO’s.
* To create Stock PO’s through Navision system and sharing the same with CMO’s.
* Check for the correct artworks at CMO across the approved artworks in the Ennogen system.
* To discuss with Regulatory team for any updates to the artworks and its implementation date – so as to use the correct artworks for batch manufacturing.
* Check for the batch manufacturing record and batch packaging record with CMO; and subsequent approval.
* Planning and execution of batches at the CMO.
* Ensure CMO sends the correct testing and retention samples.
* Ensure data loggers are placed in the shipment wherever required.
* Ensure batch COA’s are as per the registered details of the product.
* To convey Logistic manager for scheduling shipment collections and delivery to UK.
* To inform accounts team of the transit shipments.
* Arranging of all the shipment documents (Viz. Packing list, COA, commercial invoice, relevant declarations) from CMO and forwarding the same with Logistic manager.
* To verify the packing list and PO quantities before the goods are received at Alloga and accordingly adjust the PO quantity in the system.
* Sharing the PO details with Alloga; ensuring that the correct PO is released (integrated) in the Navision system and Alloga books the goods against the correct PO.
* Ensure Alloga sends the samples of the batches to Ennogen office; along with the data loggers and Alloga goods receipt check list.
* To check for the any of the temperature excursions and inform the concern stake holders accordingly; for justifying the same.
* To send the samples for UK/EU testing laboratories of the products manufactured at Non – EU sites.
* To fill the test request forms – mentioning the details of the tests required for UK/EU testing.
* Check with UK U testing laboratories for the availability of analytical requirements (Viz. standards, placebo, columns); and accordingly arranging the same.
* To confirm that the UK/EU testing laboratories are using the correct specifications and method of analysis (STP); as per the product registered details.
* To raise the PO towards UK/EU testing laboratories for testing and analytical requirements.
* Arranging the COA’s from UK/EU testing laboratories.
* Arranging the batch documents from the CMO’s.
* To co-ordinate with Batch release Team – QA/QP’s for releasing the batches. To raise the NCR’s wherever required. To coordinate with Regulatory team for if any Batch specific variations. To coordinate with Technical team for any technical report write-up’s in support of batch release activities.
* Inform Stock controller and Sales team for release of batches.
* Periodic stock assessment in co-ordination with Stock controller and sales team for placing the future orders in advance.
Qualifications and Experience (as applicable):
* Degree level education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology or Engineering
* Three year’s practical experience in supply chain i.e. handling, storage and distribution of medicinal products and transactions in or selling or procuring medicinal products.
