We’re looking for a seasoned Change Manager to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of an ERP across multiple business units throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead change management planning and execution for the ERP implementation across European locations.
* Use ADKAR principles to drive user adoption, manage resistance, and embed new ways of working.
* Design and roll out communications, training, and engagement plans to support the transition.
* Partner with project teams, leadership, and end-users to assess change impacts and deliver smooth organisational transitions.
* Conduct change readiness assessments and translate findings into actionable plans.
* Define and track KPIs to monitor adoption, identify gaps, and measure change success.
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops, deliver training sessions, and provide hands-on coaching as needed.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact adoption or engagement.
* Offer post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement of ERP utilisation across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience managing change in large ERP programmes, ideally involving Microsoft D365 F&O.
* Strong understanding of ADKAR and other recognised change management frameworks.
* A history of leading change in large, global or multi-site organisations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
* Experience working within cross-functional and multicultural environments.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical actions.
* Skilled in designing and delivering training programmes and building internal change capability.
