Overview
Regional Energy Efficiency Manager - EMEA for a global industrial manufacturing group, focused on energy efficiency across large-scale manufacturing operations.
With over €5bn in revenue and more than 100 manufacturing facilities worldwide, the company is on an ambitious journey to reduce CO₂ emissions by 50% by 2030, and this role is central to that mission.
Responsibilities
* Setting and managing energy consumption targets across sites, monitoring performance quarterly.
* Building and optimising a centralised energy monitoring system integrated with plant operations.
* Leading project implementation with support from a direct report dedicated to on-site assessments and training.
* Standardising and rolling out efficiency initiatives across multiple facilities.
* Driving accountability at plant level to ensure timely reporting and action on energy projects.
* Reporting results and progress to senior leadership, highlighting successes and identifying barriers.
Requirements / About You
* Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
* Proven experience in energy efficiency or industrial/manufacturing projects.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise across multiple sites.
* Data-driven mindset and experience in developing monitoring or reporting systems.
* Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA (c.20%, though initially closer to 50%).
